For PCT, it is recommended to start at a higher dosage and then to slowly reduce. Many bodybuilders start at 40 mg a day of Tamoxifen for 2 weeks when PCT plan starts. After all steroids are flushed out of the system. And then are reduced to 20 mg a day for the last 2 weeks of the total 4 weeks PCT plan.
But remember it depends on the harshness of the steroid cycle. Dosages can be adjusted according to how you feel.
- Tamoxifen side effects are generally non existent when the compound is used in proper doses.
Remember that bodybuilders run Nolvadex to deal with side effects, not get additional ones. What should be mentioned though – Tamoxifen up regulated progestin receptors. If you run Tamoxifen with other steroids that up regulates them, you may develop too high progestin related issues.
